Population genetics analysis of Phytophthora nicotianae associated with heart rot in pineapple revealed gene flow between populations. Biodiversitas 22: 3342-3348. has caused pineapple. This study identified the population genetic diversity P. nicotianae, collecting 90 isolates from plantation sites three provinces Indonesia and, as comparisons, seven non-pineapple sites. Six polymorphic microsatellite markers amplified non-coding region was used to characterize diversity. The phylogenetic tree constructed by MEGA major clades; first and second clades were dominated sites, third clade contained allelic pattern using Genalex software local alleles specific Lampung Blitar AMOVA genotypes data showed that had a low among (6%) but high within individual.
